What is the difference between original and aftermarket parts?

Original parts are made by the manufacturer, Vostok, while aftermarket parts are made by third-party suppliers. Vostok-World24 offers both types of parts, with our own aftermarket parts generally exceeding the quality of original Vostok parts. This applies in particular to the manufacturing quality, the lume used, and the design.

Are the dials suitable for movements with or without a date display?

We offer both dials with a date window at 3:00 (e.g., suitable for the automatic caliber 2416) and fully closed dials for no-date movements (e.g., caliber 2415.01). Just pay attention to the caliber information in the product title. However, you can also install any dial without a date window on a movement with a date. In that case, you might hear the date change around 24:00 (if you have good hearing), unless you remove the date ring and the switching mechanism. Usually, the date change does not cause any disturbance.

Does the modding bezel fit both Vostok Amphibia and Komandirskie models?

Yes, most of our bezels, both solid and with inserts, fit universally on the common case types of Vostok Amphibia and Komandirskie automatic watches. Please refer to the specific details in the product description of the item.

Are the necessary springs included with the offered bezels?

Yes! All our bezels (e.g., Baikal, GMT, or grid bezels) are delivered as standard including the matching mounting spring (wire spring), so you can start modifying your watch right away.

Which lug widths are available for Vostok replacement straps?

We offer straps in the classic Vostok lug widths of 18 mm, 20 mm, and 22 mm. Our range includes durable NATO nylon straps, solid stainless steel bracelets with clasps, as well as comfortable silicone and polyurethane bands.

Can I install a Vostok manual winding movement (e.g., 2409 or 2414A) into a Vostok watch case designed for automatic watches?

Yes, that can be done without any problems. However, you need to use the movement holder ring from the automatic case. It is also recommended to install a flat case back afterward, as the height of the automatic back is no longer needed due to the absence of the rotor in the automatic movement. This also reduces the overall height of the watch. You can find suitable case backs for this purpose in our catalog under the numbers "119k-14 Star" and "119k-14 pure."

Does a standard strap fit the Vostok Amphibia Neptun (case 780/960)?

No, the Neptun models have a special, integrated lug. To fit regular accessory straps, you need our special Vostok Amphibia Neptun strap adapter made of polished or brushed stainless steel.

Can I revert a modified watch back to its original state?

In principle, yes, if the original parts are still available and no irreversible changes have been made.

Do the hands and dials glow in the dark (lume)?

Yes, our own modding products, such as hands, dials, and bezels, feature integrated SuperLumiNova luminous material, ensuring the best readability. All original Vostok products are equipped with the original luminous material, but its brightness cannot be compared to the SuperLumiNova used in our parts.

What is the difference between paddle hands in "Old Style" and "New Style"?

The "Old Style" paddle hands are based on the historical vintage design of classic Soviet military watches. The "New Style" variant offers a more modern design and provides more space for lume, significantly improving visibility in the dark.

Does a glass back (e.g., Scuba Dude) fit on every Vostok automatic watch?

Our stainless steel case backs with viewing window (like the Scuba Dude model GB-02) are optimized for almost all automatic cases of the Vostok Amphibia and Komandirskie (e.g., calibers 2415 and 2416) and reliably keep the watch protected.

Are the parts original VOSTOK products or replicas?

Vostok-World24 is a partner of the Russian watch manufacturer VOSTOK. We offer original factory spare parts directly from production as well as specialized, precisely fitting high-end modding parts of excellent quality. All 100% compatible.

Can I also replace modding parts like bezels myself as a layperson (DIY)?

Yes! Replacing a Vostok bezel is an excellent DIY project for beginners and requires hardly any tools. For more complex tasks like changing the hands or dial, however, we recommend using specialized watchmaker tools.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
