Shipping within Germany (DE)
- For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.50 per order.
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
- For shipping to all EU countries (Zone 1, 2 and 3, e.g., Austria, Italy, Spain, etc.), we charge a flat shipping fee of €10.50 per order.
Worldwide Shipping (outside DE and EU)
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp. Shipping costs to non-EU countries and international zones are calculated as follows:
- Zone 1 non-EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom): €24.10
- Zone 3 non-EU (Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, etc.): €24.90
- Zone 4 International (Israel, Turkey, Egypt): €31.40

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery time is:
- Within Germany: 1-3 working days
- Within the EU: 3-5 working days
